COVID-19

We are still sending orders - but delivery services may be slightly slower than the usual timings shown below due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Standard Delivery should be with you within 2-5 working days once the order is dispatched. We use Hermes Parcelshop for this service.

Express Delivery should be with you within 1-2 working days once the order is dispatched. We use DPD - Next Day for this service.

Hermes & DPD are operating a contactless delivery service to your door.

We offer a range of UK delivery options:

Standard Delivery - £2.95
Free on full price orders over £50.

Usually arrives within 2-5 working days once the order is dispatched.
Delivered by Hermes Parcelshop with online tracking.

Express Delivery - £5.95

Usually arrives within 1-2 working days once the order is dispatched.
Delivered by DPD - Next Day with online tracking.


DELIVERY INFORMATION

All deliveries are made by Hermes, DHL or DPD and will include a tracking code.


ROOT cannot accept liability if you fail to receive your order due to the following circumstances:

A change of delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given at the time of your order (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.

The item is accepted by a reception or concierge service at your chosen delivery address, that is subsequently lost or stolen. This would need to be taken up with the company or person/s signing for, or accepting the delivery on your behalf.



COLLECTION FROM ROOT

Orders are usually available for collection within 2 hours. This delivery method can be selected during the online checkout process.


Please bring a copy of the notification email and a form of photo ID with you on collection.

If someone else is collecting on your behalf then they will need the email and a form of ID of the person who placed the order.

Orders will be held for 14 days, after which they will be returned to the ROOT warehouse and a refund processed.


RETURNS POLICY

Please note items must be returned to us unopened and in their original condition.

How to return an item: 

Take your sealed box or bag containing the item(s) to be returned to your nearest Post Office or courier company.

Retain proof of postage.

Please note this is not a pre-paid service and therefore you will be responsible for postage cost.

The original cardholder will be credited once we receive the items. Please note it may take up to five working days to appear in your account.
